We went to Japan in August, 2002, with a vision to start a church within 5 years(God did it in two). In our first year, we met with a young Japanese couple, Hiroshi and Mamiko Yunohara,with a similar vision for Japan. We decided to partner our ministry together and start a church. In June, 2004, we opened NIC (Nagasaki International Church) an IPHC member church. In December of 2005, we opened NIC House, an IPHC Coffee House ministry. After 6 years we have returned to the USA to begin a new season of ministry. We leave sad because many of our good friends are there, but we also leave proud because of what we have seen God accomplish. Please pray for us as we transistion back into American life and as we start a new season of ministry |

In 2005 we opened NIC House Coffee House (Although we usally have more than just coffee). Our goal for this ministry was to get those people in the door who are apprehensive about coming to a church or church like setting. For most people, their first time is very relaxing and non-confrontational. Click the link to learn more. |
